The Compassionate Friends of the Roanoke Valley
Are proud to Host Alan Pedersen and The Angels Across the USA Tour
May 9, 2019; 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm
Riverside Evangelical Methodist Church
1920 Lucas Street, Salem, VA
Alan Pedersen is an award-winning speaker, songwriter and recording artist. His inspirational message of hope and his music have resonated deeply with those facing a loss or adversity in their lives and have made him one of the most popular, in-demand presenters in the world on finding hope after loss. Since the death of his 18-year-old daughter Ashley in 2001, Alan has traveled to more than 1,500 cities speaking and playing his original music.
Alan’s message is simple: We are put on this earth to love them as long as WE live, not as long THEY lived.” He believes that healing comes slow, but comes as we reach out to others who share this journey and offer our hand to help. With a message of straight from the heart talk, gentle humor and songs about love and loss, an evening with Alan Pedersen will makes for a unique, healing memorial experience. Alan is currently on the road with The Angels Across the USA Tour where he will speak and perform in over 100 U.S. cities in 2019.
